Publisher Guidelines and Information for
Article Reprinting and Publication

HealthE-LivingNews publishes an alternative health newsletter including original and contributed articles written by health practitioners, researchers and other authors. In return for certain non-monetary considerations, our article writers agree that other publishers may freely reprint and publish their articles, subject to the following conditions:

1. Publisher agrees to publish the entire article as is with no changes in the article content, and to include the full unabridged Author's Resource Box (Signature File) at the end of the published article, should one exist.
   
   
2. If the Author's Resource Box includes a Web site reference, publisher agrees to make such link active (hyperlinked) if republishing on their own Web site, or prominently featured if publishing in off-line print media.
   
   
3. Publisher agrees not to reprint and publish any articles found on this Web site, in any electronic, digital or print media that includes or promotes any illegal acts, hatred, bigotry or racism.
   
   
4. Publisher's use of individual articles is predicated upon the selective use of single articles for reprint and publication. Mass retrieval of articles by use of automated scripts (Web site Scrapers, Article Crawlers) is expressly forbidden. If unauthorized requests are detected, article access will be blocked.
   
   
5. Publisher agrees and acknowledges that all articles presented on this Web site are protected by United States and/or International copyright laws. Reprinting and publishing of any article is by permission and all rights remain with the original copyright holder. Violation of copyright laws may subject you to legal liable, civil fines and/or criminal indictment.
   
   
6. Publisher should make a good faith effort to contact the author to notified them of the eminent publication of their article as a courtesy.
   
   
7. In addition to providing an active live link (hyperlink) in the Author's Resource Box, publisher also agrees to include an Article Source Credit referencing HealthE-LivingNews using an active live link as follows:
